Gaines Construction is a federal site development company specializing in underground utility construction, grading and excavating, landscaping, road work, storm water management and emergency services for new and existing construction projects on federal locations nationwide.
Katherine and David Gaines established Gaines Construction in 2008 as a solution to fulfill the many underground utility and site work construction needs of federal lands. Our reputation is a direct reflection of our values, beliefs and commitments to completing contracts safely, efficiently and exceptionally, always with great communication.
